Accounting Specialist - 6 Months

About the Opportunity

• Full cycle AP
• Maintain vendor accounts
• Matching, verify and post invoices
• Investigating variances
• Preparation of month-end reconciliations
• Vendor account reconciliations
• Handling US invoices and HST/US tax filings

About You

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience with AP processing and communicating with vendors
• A strong understanding of accounting principles. Comfortable with balance sheet reconciliation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Month end experience

Pay Range
$25 - $29 per hour
