This role includes on-site and virtual inspections, preparing repair estimates, and ensuring accuracy in data and payments across claims. - Conduct inspections for residential property claims
- Capture damages and write repair estimates
- Validate vendor estimates for accuracy
- Investigate by meeting with insureds and witnesses
- Review reports and negotiate settlement agreements
- 2+ years of experience in Property claims
- Strong understanding of Property Insurance
- Ability to prepare damage assessments
- Proficiency in using technology
- Valid driver’s license required
