VP Revenue Operations for Energy Intelligence

Shape the future of revenue operations as the inaugural VP at a Canadian energy intelligence company. Focus on scaling revenue toward the ambitious target of $10M ARR. Expected to become a key player in the leadership team, you will oversee operational systems, data management, and strategic processes essential for growth. This includes optimizing Sales onboarding and developing comprehensive training resources to support the expanding workforce while maintaining CRM discipline across all practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of revenue operations for scaling
- Develop and execute sales onboarding and training programs
- Manage CRM systems to ensure proper utilization
- Drive initiatives aimed at achieving $10M ARR
- Collaborate with teams to enhance overall operational efficiency
- Leadership in revenue operations at B2B SaaS companies
- Proven ability to design processes in complex Enterprise environments
- Experience in Energy Management or related fields
- Commitment to commuting to downtown Toronto office regularly
- Strong strategic thinking skills and attention to detail
