- Create reliability test strategies for IVD medical devices
- Execute DFMEA, PFMEA, and reliability risk assessments
- Facilitate comprehensive lifecycle testing programs
- Conduct in-depth life data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing and quality teams
- 10+ years in reliability engineering (MedTech experience required)
- Proficient in Minitab/JMP and reliability testing methods
- Expertise in ISO and FDA compliance standards
- Experience in designing custom validation setups
- Familiarity with programming in Python or MATLAB is a plus
