Lead compliance efforts as a Senior AML Compliance Associate at BET99 in Saint-Nazaire-d'Acton, Quebec. Oversee AML programs while ensuring regulatory adherence and team collaboration. This role involves supervising the AML team's activities and reviewing transaction alerts diligently. The successful candidate will assess suspicious activity reports and ensure timely submissions of regulatory filings while maintaining comprehensive records. You will recommend enhancements to policies and procedures, serving as an internal AML expert and point of contact with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and uphold the Company's AML compliance program
- Manage AML-related escalations per regulatory guidance
- Review accuracy of FINTRAC filings and UTR entries
- Oversee STR determinations and provide team feedback
- Coordinate responses to regulators’ information requests
- Post-secondary education in relevant fields
- Minimum three years’ AML compliance experience
- CAMS certification preferred
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Fluency in English, French preferred
