You'll engage deeply with development and material teams to maintain lululemon’s integrity while fostering insights into the latest industry advancements. Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-performance designs for activewear categories
- Produce detailed technical sketches and packs
- Engage with development teams for superior fittings
- Develop exclusive materials that distinguish product lines
- Analyze market trends for informed design decisions
- Minimum of 8 years design experience in apparel
- Excellent skills in CAD and Adobe design tools
- Proven ability to mentor design teams
- Strong communication and collaboration aptitude
- Understanding of IDEA principles in team culture
