In this pivotal role, you will guide the development of women’s merchandising strategies that enhance brand presence and drive sales across all markets. Manage a talented team of Global Merchandising Managers while coordinating closely with Design and Product teams to implement line plans. Your expertise will help shape an innovative product portfolio that meets diverse guest needs globally. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of merchandising managers to drive strategy
- Develop successful global line plans for product categories
- Ensure effective go-to-market execution of products
- Drive omni-channel growth and assortment strategies
- Collaborate on seasonal line planning with cross-functional teams
- 10+ years in buying or merchandising roles
- 5 years of management experience, preferably at the Director level
- Strong grasp of global retail and fashion trends
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with retail mathematics and financial insights
