Location: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid)
Structure : Contract 6 months to start + up to 30 months extension
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 p/h inc.

Deliverables- Conduct a comprehensive current-state assessment of the Bank’s security screening, access management, contractor screening, and visitor management processes , identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, control weaknesses, and modernization opportunities.
- Lead stakeholder consultations and requirements gathering to assess governance, accountability, decision-making, delegation, risk controls, and escalation processes , translating findings into clear business and functional requirements.
- Design future-state operating models, workflows, governance structures, and ServiceNow-enabled processes to simplify, standardize, digitize, and automate security screening and related operational processes.
- Develop actionable implementation roadmaps, KPIs, performance measurement frameworks, reporting requirements, change enablement strategies, training materials, and executive recommendations to support successful implementation and adoption.
Experience Required
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, process improvement, operational transformation, or program modernization within large and complex organizations, supported by a university degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management, Management Consulting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience conducting current-state assessments, process mapping, gap/root-cause analysis, governance reviews, risk assessments, business process re-engineering, and development of future-state processes and operating models.
- Demonstrated experience in areas such as security screening, access management, compliance, risk management, workflow automation, digital transformation, or operational resilience , including stakeholder consultation and requirements gathering/documentation.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow for workflow automation, case management, approvals, reporting, and process modernization, along with tools such as Visio, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence , or equivalent.
- Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Prosci, or equivalent certification , with the ability to develop implementation roadmaps, performance measures/KPIs, governance frameworks, change enablement approaches, and executive-level recommendations.
