Senior Manager, Fraud Analytics & Solutions Implementation

Join a high-impact team at the forefront of fraud prevention and digital transformation. In this newly created role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of a next-generation fraud orchestration platform that connects multiple vendor solutions into a single, streamlined experience. You will work closely with Fraud, Product, Technology, and Business leaders across the bank, gaining exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives that directly protect customers and reduce fraud losses.

Hybrid Role : This role currently requires 2–3 days in the office. The office location is noted in the job posting for this role.

Individual Contributor : This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform sophisticated data analytics to explore and identify known or previously unidentified criminal behaviors among customer and employee groups.

Identify and understand new and emerging patterns of fraud, both external and internal.

Develop and maintain models and metrics, scenarios, profiles, and parameters used to improve the efficiency of fraud detection systems.

Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.

Advanced knowledge of statistical analyses.

Proven expertise with identifying fraud through metrics and database queries in SQL and/or SAS.

Experience with fraud vendors such as ThreatMetrix, Alloy, and Biocatch.

5+ years of implementing controls and onboarding/implementing fraud vendors.

Expertise with PowerPoint slides.

Expertise with MS Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.).

Experience with Power BI.

QUALIFICATIONS

Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree in a related field of study.

Advanced technical skills and knowledge.

Advanced knowledge of fraud and security management.

Advanced knowledge of statistical analyses and human behavior modeling.

In-depth knowledge of risk and technology management as applied to fraud and/or criminal risk.

Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.

Influence skills – in-depth/expert.

Salary : $86,000.00 – $160,000.00
