Warehouse Assistant Manager Opening

Elevate warehouse operations as an Assistant Manager while overseeing schedules, maintenance, and team performance. Your leadership ensures efficiency and accountability in a dynamic environment. This role requires a passionate individual with a minimum of two years' experience in a warehouse, including supervisory responsibilities. You will manage receiving schedules, promote team collaboration, and ensure adherence to operational procedures while independently addressing challenges. A fundamental understanding of warehouse management systems and business processes is essential, alongside strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

Manage flow of daily warehouse activities
Plan and oversee receiving and maintenance schedules
Supervise team performance and address operational challenges
Utilize shipping program for picking, packing, and shipping
Ensure a professional and respectful work environment

Requirements:

Minimum of two years in a warehouse, supervisory role
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and database reporting
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Certification in forklift operations is a plus
