Are you looking for a job that spans multiple process areas and an opportunity to work with Local and Global teams to influence our internal systems and processes? Then this job is for you.

What will your typical day look like?

• Serve as a strategic liaison between the business and Local and Global Technology teams, exercising judgment to prioritize requirements, resolve trade-offs, and drive aligned decisions
• Lead project delivery end to end, defining testing strategies, approving process designs, and overseeing the development of fit for purpose training materials
• Own operational governance by setting direction for User Group forums and making day to day decisions to ensure effective queue management across ServiceNow assignment groups
• Apply advanced critical thinking and analytical judgment to evaluate complex data, identify root causes and systemic risks, and recommend solutions with clear decision points and outcomes
• Lead the development and delivery of executive ready presentations, influencing stakeholder decisions through clear narratives, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations

About the team

The Business Integration Services team is comprised of Opportunity to Engagement (O2E) subject matter experts. We provide guidance on best practices and roll out new system functionalities.

You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• A strong problem solver with critical thinking skills.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to influence.
• Curious and able to drive issues to closure.

 

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

 

• Understanding of pricing concepts and financial implications to support informed decision making and solution design
• Familiar with the Opportunity to Engagement (O2E) process and key internal systems including SWIFT SAP.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
