Customer Implementation Project Manager
Klir
Own customer implementations at Klir through kickoff, data migration, program setup, and go-live readiness. Apply project management and risk management across concurrent accounts.
As an Onboarding Success Manager, you manage each customer journey from kickoff through go-live. You scope, plan, sequence, and monitor implementation work across Klir modules. The role combines project management, program configuration, customer accountability, and coordination with Data Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own onboarding journeys from kickoff through customer go-live
- Manage discovery, migrations, integrations, reporting, and readiness
- Track timelines, sequence work, and identify implementation risks
- Manage concurrent implementations and customer communication
- Coordinate technical workstreams with Data Engineering
Requirements:
- At least five years in implementations, onboarding, or project management
- Experience owning projects end-to-end without heavy oversight
- Strong scoping, planning, sequencing, and risk management skills
- Excellent communication with technical teams and customers
- Experience using project management tools
