Bilingual Cloud Infrastructure Manager at CMHC

Lead cloud operations as a bilingual manager at CMHC, focusing on PaaS and ensuring service reliability in a hybrid work model. Oversee operations while enhancing the digital landscape. In this permanent full-time role within the Infrastructure and Operations Team, your leadership will drive the operational health and security of cloud-based services. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to maintain best practices across infrastructure platforms and ensure compliance with regulatory security standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee PaaS and cloud platform services operations
- Lead incident and change management through ServiceNow
- Establish governance for Microsoft Azure and automation practices
- Ensure cloud security and compliance across services
- Provide leadership to specialists, guiding their development
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- 7 years IT infrastructure experience, especially in cloud
- 3 years in a leadership capacity with direct reports
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and PaaS services
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in French and English
