Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing accounting. This role covers budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and collaboration with various teams to drive improvement and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and forecast manufacturing costs and variances
- Support productivity improvements and budget commitments
- Maintain financial oversight for inventory counts
- Ensure timely month-end closings and reporting
- Prepare annual capital budgets with analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years in plant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of standard costing and financial analysis
- Proficient in SAP and Excel skills
- Preferred CPA, CMA certification
