The successful candidate will oversee all maintenance functions, ensuring maximum uptime and sustainable asset health. With a combination of technical credibility and leadership skills, you will guide a talented team to deliver operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement an effective maintenance strategy
- Manage all planned and unplanned maintenance activities
- Introduce reliability-centered maintenance and predictive technology
- Oversee compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Cultivate a culture of improvement through lean methodologies
- Minimum of 10 years in maintenance leadership roles
- Track record of improving asset reliability and reducing costs
- Knowledge of maintenance systems and union environments
- Experience with capital projects and coordination of outages
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
