Expect to engage with community leaders and prepare detailed reports. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead personnel management and evaluate emergency responses
- Participate in developing TBFR’s operational policies
- Supervise the maintenance of fire fighting apparatus
- Provide Incident Command during crisis situations
- Prepare and present reports to Council and committees
- Degree or diploma in fire service administration
- Five years of experience in senior firefighting roles
- Community Emergency Management Coordinator (CEMC) certification required
- Knowledge of fire safety and prevention standards
- Familiarity with firefighting training and protocols
