Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative. Basic knowledge of technology or science topics (e.g., through school coursework or personal interest). Interest in learning more about the telecommunications industry and emerging technologies. Involvement in extracurricular activities (e.g., technology clubs, volunteer work, sports teams) that demonstrate teamwork and leadership. Positive attitude, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn. Must commit to participating in the full eight -week program. (This means that you will not be able to take time off for summer school, vacations, or other commitments.) Should have an anticipated average of at least 80%. Must be enrolled in 11th and 12th grade Math and Science courses as of School year Fall 2025. Proficiency in English is required.
