About the Role

As PPC Analyst, you will be the cornerstone of paid digital performance across the 123Dentist network. Working closely with Regional Marketing Managers and reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, you will own the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid advertising campaigns for both 123 Corporate and Legacy clinics across Canada.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role. You will manage Google and Meta ad accounts, conduct keyword research, perform audience targeting, and use data to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, helping to guide and elevate the quality of paid media work across the network.

What You’ll Do

• Own the creation, maintenance, and ongoing health of Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts across the 123Dentist network
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad grouping, audience targeting, and account setup for new and existing campaigns
• Perform ongoing campaign optimization including audience expansion, bid management, and data modelling to maximize effectiveness and ROI
• Proactively monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and make strategic recommendations to improve performance
• Set up tracking and reporting frameworks to analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives, and campaign outcomes, including third-party aggregating reporting tools
• Provide PPC input on clinic reports and campaign forecasting
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to guide and strategically advise on paid media execution
• Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and platform updates, and apply them to day‑to‑day operations

What You Bring

Education & Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
• 2 or more years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• 2 or more years of experience managing paid campaigns across the Meta Ads Network
• Google Ads Certification
• Meta Ads Certification
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition for brick‑and‑mortgage businesses

Required Skills & Abilities

• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, and CallRail
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and G‑Suite
• Experience with Looker Studio, Airtable, Asana, Notion, HotJar, or Mailchimp is an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Collaborative team player who can work effectively across internal teams and external agency partners
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic marketing environment
• Curious, open‑minded, and genuinely passionate about digital marketing and continuous improvement
