Chez Booxi, tu seras le premier Solutions Engineer de l'équipe. Un rôle à construire, avec un vrai mandat : accélérer nos deals enterprise aux côtés de notre équipe d’Account Executives, face à des décideurs retail de premier plan (C-level digital, directeurs IT, ops retail) chez des clients comme LVMH, L'Oréal, Sephora ou Tiffany's.
Tu ne partiras pas de zéro : tu seras accompagné·e par notre équipe, qui t'apportera le contexte produit et terrain pour monter en compétence rapidement et prendre en charge tes propres démonstrations dès les premiers mois.
On est une scale-up présente dans plus de 100 pays, avec des équipes à Montréal et Paris. Le retail se réinvente. On construit l'infrastructure de ce changement.

CE QUE TU FERAS EN TANT QUE SOLUTIONS ENGINEER
PILIER DU CYCLE DE VENTE ENTERPRISE
- Être le second visage du deal aux côtés du Account Executive, face à des interlocuteurs C-level (Digital, IT, Retail Ops) tout au long du processus de vente
- Livrer des démonstrations personnalisées qui traduisent les enjeux business spécifiques de chaque compte en solutions concrètes et mesurables
- Contribuer aux réponses RFP avec des contenus écrits structurés, convaincants et ancrés dans la réalité retail
- Construire et maintenir des environnements de démonstration efficaces et réutilisables pour soutenir les 4 Account Executives de l'équipe
EXPERTISE TECHNIQUE & INTÉGRATIONS
- Expliquer clairement les capacités d'intégration de la plateforme (API, connecteurs, écosystème SaaS) à des interlocuteurs business et techniques
- Documenter rigoureusement le périmètre, le contexte d'intégration et les attentes clients pour assurer un handoff fluide vers l'implémentation
COLLABORATION INTERNE
- Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Sales, Product et Customer Success pour assurer un cycle de vente fluide
- Faire remonter les signaux du terrain : ce que les prospects bloquent, ce qu'ils comparent, ce qui les convainc

- Tu es curieux·se des évolutions du retail et des nouvelles technologies SaaS
TON PROFIL
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en pre-sales, solutions engineering ou sales engineering dans un environnement B2B SaaS
- Une première exposition à des cycles de vente enterprise avec plusieurs interlocuteurs
- Excellentes compétences en démonstration produit et en storytelling orienté résultats business
- Compréhension des architectures SaaS et des logiques d'intégration, avec une aisance à vulgariser les concepts techniques auprès d'interlocuteurs non techniques
- Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles (RFP, documents de cadrage, contenus commerciaux)
- Parfaitement bilingue français et anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
- Autonome, structuré·e, capable de gérer des priorités concurrentes sans supervision constante
Un atout : expérience en retail, retail tech ou vente auprès de grandes enseignes internationales.

At Booxi, you'll be our first Solutions Engineer. A role to build, with a clear mandate: accelerate our enterprise deals alongside our Account Executives team, in front of senior retail decision-makers (Chief Digital Officers, IT Directors, Retail Ops leaders) at accounts like LVMH, L'Oréal, Sephora, and Tiffany's.
You won't start from scratch: you'll be supported by our team, who will bring the product and field context to help you ramp quickly and take ownership of your own demonstrations within the first months.
We're a SaaS scale-up operating in over 100 countries, with teams in Montreal and Paris. Retail is being reinvented. We're building the infrastructure behind that shift.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A SOLUTIONS ENGINEER
ENTERPRISE SALES PARTNER
- Be the second face of the deal alongside the Account Executive, engaging C-level stakeholders (Digital, IT, Retail Ops) throughout the sales process
- Deliver personalized demonstrations that translate each account's specific business challenges into concrete, measurable solutions
- Contribute to RFP responses with structured, compelling written content grounded in retail reality
- Build and maintain effective, reusable demonstration environments to support the 4 Account Executives on the team
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE & INTEGRATIONS
- Clearly articulate the platform's integration capabilities (API, connectors, SaaS ecosystem) to both business and technical audiences
- Rigorously document scope, integration context, and customer expectations to ensure smooth handoffs to implementation
INTERNAL COLLABORATION
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a fluid sales cycle
- Bring field signals back to the team: what prospects push back on, what they're comparing us to, what closes the deal

YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering in a B2B SaaS environment
- Some exposure to enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong product demonstration skills and business-oriented storytelling
- Understanding of SaaS architectures and integration logic, with the ability to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical audiences
- Strong writing skills (RFP responses, scoping documents, customer-facing materials)
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
- Autonomous, organized, and able to manage competing priorities without constant direction
Nice to have: experience in retail, retail tech, or selling into large international retail organizations.
