Digital Product Enablement Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Product Enablement Specialist based in Canada. This role focuses on transforming digital product knowledge into clear, practical resources that help teams confidently engage with clients. You will create and maintain demo materials, training resources, knowledge content, and other digital enablement assets. Working closely with Client Success, Commercial, Operations, and Digital teams, you will help ensure information is accurate, accessible, and easy to use. You will also support product demonstrations and enablement sessions while progressively developing your presentation and demo capabilities. The position combines content management, stakeholder coordination, communication, and client-focused problem solving. It offers an opportunity to develop expertise in digital products while contributing directly to a more consistent prospect and client experience. The role is well suited to an organized, curious professional who enjoys making complex information easier for others to understand. Accountabilities - Create, organize, update, and maintain digital product enablement resources, including demo recordings, knowledge-base content, training materials, and related digital assets. - Support product demonstrations and enablement sessions by preparing content, coordinating logistics, learning from experienced presenters, and progressively presenting portions of demonstrations to internal and external audiences. - Maintain structured content repositories and version control using SharePoint or comparable tools, ensuring teams can quickly identify and access current materials. - Support RFP and sales-enablement activities by drafting, updating, organizing, and coordinating digital product responses with relevant stakeholders. - Gather feedback from internal teams and identify recurring questions, content gaps, and opportunities to improve enablement resources.

- Recommend and implement improvements that enhance content quality, usability, consistency, accessibility, and efficiency. - Coordinate contributions from multiple stakeholders and turn product information into clear, reusable business content. - Help strengthen repeatable processes for digital product enablement and contribute to a consistent client-facing experience. Requirements - Experience in a client-facing, business-support, client-success, sales-enablement, product-enablement, customer-support, operations-enablement, or related environment. - Demonstrated experience creating, organizing, and maintaining demo materials, training resources, knowledge-base content, or other enablement documentation. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple content items, track updates, maintain documentation, and apply effective version-control practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain digital or technical product information in clear, user-friendly language. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate information, consistent formatting, and reliable documentation. - Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and willing to learn or use SharePoint and similar content-management platforms. - Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and coordinate information from different teams. - Client-focused, curious, proactive, and comfortable learning new digital products and processes. - Preferred experience supporting product demonstrations, client presentations, RFP responses, or sales-enablement activities. - Familiarity with client portals, workflow technologies, digital products, or customer-facing platforms is an advantage. - Presentation skills or a strong interest in developing demo and client-facing presentation capabilities over time is desirable.
