Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Early morning shifts required for breakfast service.
Job Duties:
- Prepare breakfast items including eggs, toast, hash browns, pancakes, sandwiches, and other simple food items.
- Assist with food preparation and portioning.
- Package and portion food for take-out orders.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, equipment, dishes, and utensils.
- Stock and restock kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in breakfast cooking or a similar kitchen position.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Must be available for early morning shifts.
- Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain one with employer support.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
