Creative Marketing Manager - Real Estate

Elevate your career as a Marketing Manager in the residential real estate sector, based in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time, in-office role focuses on strategic marketing and dynamic campaign execution. As the Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in formulating marketing strategies across a variety of rental communities, driving brand awareness and supporting leasing efforts. Your proficiency in creative direction, digital content, and advertising will be essential for successful property marketing. Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive marketing plans for new and existing communities
Ensure a consistent brand image across all properties
Lead social media content strategies for engagement
Manage digital advertising initiatives for lead generation
Present marketing performance insights to leadership

Requirements:

Minimum of three years in marketing, preferably in real estate
Experience with Google Ads and social media marketing
Excellent design and content creation skills
Strong project management capabilities
Ability to travel to multiple properties as needed
