MEMBERSHIP & ADVOCACY
-membership recruitment and retention including attendance into the communities
-develop relationship with elected officials, government agencies and partner organizations
-maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and ethical conduct
GOVERNANCE & STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
-work with Board to develop and implement strategic plan
-serve as recording secretary to the Board
-monitor and report progress of strategic objectives and allocation of resources
OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
-plan, organize and oversee daily operations
-manage the budget as approved by the Board and oversee bookkeeping
-human resources, admin, maintain personnel records, bylaws
-develop and maintain records of members, communications and activities
MARKETING, COMMUNICATION & EVENTS
-develop marketing, communications, media relations and public engagement strategies
-manage digital platforms & social media
-represent the Chamber at community and networking events
-distribute regular communication to members
-lead the planning, coordination and evaluation of programs, events and initiatives hosted by the Chamber
-additional duties as mutually agreed upon
