Location: Campbell River, BC
About the Opportunity A well-established and high-volume quick service restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and develop a strong customer-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence, employee development, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and supervisors.
- Manage labour scheduling, productivity, and staffing levels to meet business demands.
- Drive sales growth through strong execution of operational standards and local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and achieve key performance metrics including sales, food costs, labour costs, and profitability.
- Maintain health, safety, food quality, and sanitation standards.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, waste reduction, and cost controls.
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of restaurant management or multi-department leadership experience.
- Strong experience managing high-volume customer service environments.
- Proven success leading, coaching, and motivating teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial metrics, labour costs, and operational budgets.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and performance reporting.
- Food Safe certification preferred.
- Consistently achieving sales and profitability targets.
- High employee engagement and retention.
- Strong guest satisfaction scores.
- Efficient staffing and labour management.
- Excellent execution of operational and food safety standards.
- $57,000 base salary + potential annual bonus of up to $10,000
