Receptionist

Title: Receptionist

Location: Bolton, ON

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Shift: 8:00 am-4:30 pm

Shifts available: Monday to Friday

We are anticipating a future opening for a Receptionist with our client, a company that specializes in customized coatings for a wide range of industries. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and capable of managing front-desk responsibilities while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook
• Match product with shipping or PO documentation during shipment
• Attach identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
• Schedule, track and verify shipments as required
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies as required
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 (one) year experience in reception/administrative support.
• Must be comfortable using computer
• Ability to read and write English
• Must have own transportation as this location is not bus accessible
• Strong customer service and communication skills both written and oral
• Self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented
• High school diploma or higher (equivalent work experience is acceptable)
