Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner

Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder engagement, workshops, and process mapping
- Translate business needs into clear functional specs, user stories, and solution documentation
- Support project delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams and participating in Agile ceremonies
- Assist with backlog prioritization and contribute to Product Owner activities where needed
- Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and support defect resolution
- Support system implementations, deployments, and change management initiatives
- Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and analyze operational performance
- Create training materials, deliver user training, and drive continuous process improvements
The Successful Applicant
- 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or similar enterprise delivery roles
- Strong background working with both business stakeholders and technical teams in complex environments
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (AS400 / IBM i) and logistics platforms (e.g., Oracle TM, Techsys, ShipIT)
- Proven ability to analyze processes, identify gaps, and drive solution improvements
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience with ITIL practices (incident, problem, change, and release management)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings
