A/E Customer Success (BSI)

This is an interview position.

GENERAL SUMMARY
To sell (primarily by telephone) FedEx services to both 'new' and 'existing' customers (primary focus: existing: $60-$400 day average net revenue and/or net new potential with the key deliverable of achieving assigned territory revenue objectives (as measured and determined by FedEx).

• University degree required
• Basic level of proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook;
• Knowledge of Internet/Intranet;
• Thorough knowledge of FedEx features of service, billing systems, pricing structures, invoice adjustments, etc. preferred;
• Solid understanding of FedEx systems/applications preferred;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Demonstrated negotiation skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrated self motivation and ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task;
