About IMM

IMM is a psychographic neuromarketing agency based in Victoria, BC, and part of the Ashco Collective. We serve 30+ clients across North America on a fractional retainer model, blending neuroscience-informed strategy with hands-on marketing execution. We are a small, senior team that ships real work for real clients, and we are growing.

The role

You are the connective tissue between our clients and our delivery team. You own the client relationships, turn their goals into strategy, keep every project moving, and lead a small team to deliver the work on time and on standard. This is a mid-level role with real ownership from day one.

What you will do

- Own day-to-day communication for a portfolio of client accounts as their primary point of contact

- Translate client goals into clear strategy, scoped deliverables, and actionable briefs

- Manage timelines, budgets, and scope across multiple concurrent accounts

- Lead and coordinate a small delivery team, assigning work and holding quality

- Run client meetings, present work, and manage expectations, renewals, and retention

- Spot growth and upsell opportunities inside existing accounts, and field and sign on inbound client inquiries

- Attend monthly in-person content shoots at client locations

- Keep internal systems, briefs, and status reporting current and accurate

What you bring

- A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

- 3 to 5 years in an agency or in-house marketing role, ideally client-facing

- A track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines at once

- Experience leading or coordinating people

- Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to clients

- Working fluency across marketing disciplines: paid, content, and brand

- Based in Victoria, BC and able to work Pacific hours

- Proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, and comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude

Nice to have

- Prior agency experience

- Familiarity with paid media, analytics, or psychographic segmentation

Compensation

$33.65 to $38.46 per hour, based on experience.
