Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, e-mails
• Schedule appointments
• Assist with client inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up to date client records in an easy to use practice management system
• Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and providing invoices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Prepare medication requests, filling approved prescription medication requests

Skills

• Excellent communications and customer service skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recored keeping

Job Type - Full Time

Pay $17.00- $20.00 per hour
