Security Operations Site Supervisor

Lead site security operations as a Site Supervisor focused on safety in a bustling workplace. Collaborate with the Client Service Manager to enforce policies and conduct risk assessments. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee site safety and support your team effectively. Your responsibilities include training staff on safe practices, monitoring compliance, and addressing real-time issues. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure the welfare of employees and maintain high safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and enforce site policies and procedures
- Assist Client Service Manager with security and risk evaluations
- Instruct staff on safe work practices and monitor compliance
- Provide training related to site roles and responsibilities
- Collaborate with law enforcement on local safety initiatives
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in security
- Valid BC Security license is a must
- Intermediate first aid certification needed
- Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s license
- Prefer candidates who have recently held supervisory roles
