Lead actuarial transformation for iA Financial Group in a hybrid Quebec or Montreal setting, applying pricing expertise and project leadership.As a Senior Actuarial Advisor, you will support individual life insurance activities through business insight and actuarial expertise. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, from structuring through implementation, while collaborating with partners to evolve organizational practices. The work includes modernizing experience studies, data, tools, and analytical capabilities.Key Responsibilities:
Lead actuarial transformation projects from business needs through implementationModernize experience studies, data, tools, and analytical capabilitiesEnhance financial-results processes, controls, reliability, and efficiencyTranslate complex issues into structured, sustainable solutionsAdvise partners and management on sustainable profitability decisionsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and FICA or FSA designationApproximately eight years of relevant actuarial experienceLife insurance experience or transferable actuarial-field experienceExperience with AXIS and Excel;
SQL and Python are assetsAdvanced French and English communication proficiencyApply actuarial expertise, transformation leadership, and analytical capabilities to evolve individual life insurance practices at iA Financial Group.
