Fixed Operations Director Role in Canada

You are accountable for the performance across multiple rooftops, coaching managers, and fostering a culture of achievement and retention. Your hands-on style will ensure compliance and efficiency throughout the regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and guide Service and Parts Managers daily
- Implement effective retention strategies for staff and customers
- Analyze and act on performance metrics across stores
- Develop and oversee annual budgets for fixed ops
- Study and monitor operational performance indicators
- Proven experience in fixed operations management
- Hands-on leadership and training approach
- Expertise in staff retention and cultural building
- Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels
- Valid driver’s license; travel involved
