Elevate Burly Boyz Moving & Storage as their Director of Operations based in Edmonton, AB. This hands-on leadership role combines operations management with national travel to refine and expand services. As the first Director of Operations, you will immerse yourself in every aspect of the field across Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, and Toronto. By streamlining processes and enhancing crew performance, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Following your operational immersion, you’ll lead expansion efforts by hiring an Operations Manager and establishing new locations, with a clear pathway to future C-level positions. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multi-site operations across several Canadian provinces
- Optimize operational logistics for better performance
- Build and manage effective teams and crew structures
- Drive expansion efforts into new locations and acquisitions
- Collaborate closely with the founder on strategic growth
- Experience in running complex field operations
- Proven ability to manage operational margins effectively
- History of scaling and building operations hands-on
- Strong credibility both in the field and with data
- Willingness to travel nationally between depots
