The Role:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within the company’s systems. This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity and supporting various departments with their data needs.
- Inputting and updating data in databases and systems
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
- Performing regular data audits and quality checks
- Collaborating with team members to resolve data discrepancies
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation
The Data Entry Clerk will work closely with the data management team and report to the Data Manager.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. They should be comfortable working with various data management tools and have excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data entry or administrative tasks
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Attention to detail
- Time management
Soft skills such as effective communication and problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
