Lead Quality Systems at Celestica
Celestica
Drive Global Quality initiatives as a Quality Systems Development Lead with Celestica. Lead ISO certifications, customer satisfaction processes, and global quality management systems effectively. In this senior role, you will provide Global Quality leadership while administering crucial quality protocols. You’ll manage the Quality Management System, align with strategic initiatives, and guide operational teams toward achieving performance targets. Your in-depth industry knowledge will be key in leveraging customer feedback and compliance audits. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of quality management systems
- Support external certification readiness for various standards
- Analyze results from customer scorecards and audits
- Train site personnel on quality processes and procedures
- Develop and document key quality protocols
- 11 to 14 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
- Expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and TL9001
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks
