We're looking for our next Senior UI Designer. Could It Be You? As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our digital products. This position offers an opportunity to lead design initiatives, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation in our design processes. • Lead the design of complex UI systems and design patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design strategies and product roadmaps.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and intermediate designers.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in UI design.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI design.
• Proven track record of delivering successful UI design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with illustrations and iconography.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility.

• Experience leading design teams and managing projects from concept to delivery.
• Deep understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards.
• Ability to articulate and defend design decisions based on user needs and business goals.
• Experience with prototyping tools and motion design.
