Senior HR Manager at Publicis Canada

This position supports strategic HR initiatives in our growing agency. Publicis is looking for a qualified HR Manager to collaborate closely with our CTO and HR Director in executing intricate Talent programs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding internal client teams on staff development and performance management while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Become integral in shaping a positive employee experience across our diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver strategic consulting for staff planning and management
Oversee junior and mid-level employee relations and investigations
Drive initiatives that enhance retention, engagement, and recognition
Develop strong relationships with managers and business leaders
Pull and analyze talent data to support decision-making

Requirements:

University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
6 to 8 years of HR management experience
Proficient with SAP, Workday, and other HRIS tools
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with company culture and project management practices
