Strategic Account Director at Broadcom

Broadcom Inc.

Join Broadcom as an Account Director, leading the sales of Storage Networking services across Ontario and Western Canada from the Greater Toronto area. This is a key role focused on strategic client engagement. As Account Director, you will play an essential role in advocating for client needs and driving successful sales initiatives. You will need to manage a pipeline of opportunities and establish both short- and long-term business strategies. Your experience of over 10 years in a sales environment will be pivotal in achieving performance metrics and establishing relationships with decision makers. Your ability to negotiate and finalize deals will contribute to Broadcom's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and seize new sales opportunities
Develop a sustainable deals pipeline
Create and achieve key revenue plans
Build and maintain relationships with senior executives
Demonstrate how Broadcom meets IT storage needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or applicable alternative
10+ years in B2B customer-facing sales
Proven history of exceeding quotas
Valued sales strategy expertise
Strong leadership in directing teams
