Interac Platform and Infrastructure Lead

Lead transformative initiatives in IT infrastructure at Interac. This hybrid role focuses on secure, efficient platform solutions and vendor integration to enhance service delivery. As the Platform and Infrastructure Lead, you'll oversee both physical and virtual components of our IT environment while collaborating with critical teams. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring systems are robust, secure, and cost-effective. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships and leading internal technical mentorship initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute infrastructure solutions for product support
- Ensure compliance with service-level objectives
- Manage operating systems and capacity monitoring
- Contribute to service roadmaps and technical controls
- Mentor team members and enhance overall capability
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise projects
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and languages
