As a Workday Finance Project Manager, you will successfully manage the delivery of Workday Finance projects for clients of various sizes and from various industries or sectors. You will supervise and coach junior colleagues and build strong business relationships with current and potential clients. You will also support sales pursuits and participate in assigned practice development activities. You will partner with our clients on their Workday journeys throughout the project lifecycle from planning to go-live and beyond.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing finance transformation or ERP implementation projects, with at least 2 years focused on Workday Financials.
- Strong understanding of Finance SAAS modules/functionalities (e.g., Financial Accounting, P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting) (Workday an asset)
- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience using project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
- Canadian travel required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Workday Financials certification.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Exposure to process automation, data analytics, or cloud-based finance solutions.
