Outside Sales Representative – Southwestern OntarioTalentWorld is recruiting an Outside Sales Representative in Southwestern Ontario (Windsor–Hamilton Territory) for one of its valued partners.

What is exciting about the role?
- Build and develop new business opportunities across the Windsor to Hamilton territory
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while identifying additional sales opportunities
- Prospect, cold call, and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize growth
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track activity through CRM tools
- Present solutions, negotiate pricing, and close new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Consistently achieve sales and profitability targets
- Minimum 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Proven success in prospecting and generating new business
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for sales and relationship building
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing a territory and working independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
