You may be an experienced Learning and Development Specialist , leadership trainer, HR professional, or consultant with a background in leadership development, talent development, organizational learning, professional training, adult learning, or leadership coaching Seeking a Career Change .
This remote opportunity allows you to apply your expertise to a new career opportunity while supporting high-value learning programs designed to foster personal, professional and leadership growth.
This role is particularly suited to professionals currently working as Learning and Development Manager, Leadership Development Specialist, Talent Development Specialist, or Training and Development Specialist , or those with experience in corporate training, leadership coaching, HR development, or learning consulting.
Who This Role Is Best Suited To
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in learning and development, leadership development, talent development, training, coaching, consulting, or education
- Comfortable working with learning programs and leadership training
- Values autonomy, professional growth, and remote work flexibility
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with professionals interested in leadership and personal development programs
- Support promotion and positioning of professional leadership training solutions
- Conduct professional conversations with prospective participants
- Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
