Senior Backend Developer with Kubernetes Skills

Join a global leader in the energy industry as a Senior Backend Developer specializing in Java and Python. Work with cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes in a collaborative environment. We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to support our diverse teams across Europe, Canada, and the US. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable services while leveraging your 10+ years of Java and 3+ years of Python experience. A strong understanding of Kubernetes for microservices and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Python
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards
- Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps engineers
- Utilize LLMs for innovative software solutions
- Participate in Agile development processes
- 10+ years of Java development experience
- 3+ years of Python development experience
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
- Familiar with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab
- Strong team collaboration and mentoring skills
