Senior AML ATF Compliance Advisor

Advance AML/ATF compliance expertise at National Bank through regulatory analysis and risk management in a hybrid work environment. Influence decisions across the organization.
As a Senior Advisor within the Compliance Programs team, you will specialize in anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing requirements. You will support regulatory implementation, advise stakeholders, and contribute to program evolution. The team values expertise, rigor, and consistent organizational application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of AML/ATF regulatory requirements
- Advise managers and stakeholders on strategic decisions
- Guide partners on complex AML/ATF issues
- Contribute to methods, tools, and process improvements
- Ensure consistent AML/ATF positions across National Bank
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Seven to ten years of relevant experience
- Experience in regulatory compliance or risk management
- Strong AML/ATF regulatory requirements knowledge
- Experience interpreting complex regulatory frameworks
