As part of a high-performance team, you will report to the Senior Manager, Investment Accounting and Reporting. This senior analyst role entails managing the General Ledger and conducting analytical reviews of investment activities. Your responsibilities include collaborating with various departments to support comprehensive accounting practices, performing month-end reconciliations, and preparing detailed financial statements. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end reconciliations promptly
- Analyze investment performance monthly and quarterly
- Prepare manual journal entries with supporting documentation
- Assist with audits by providing requested information
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives
- University degree in Business or related discipline
- CPA designation completed
- At least 5 years in financial services accounting
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
