As AGBABA continues to grow, we are seeking a Brand & Leasing Specialist to join our team at our brand-new headquarters in the heart of Walkerville, steps from some of Windsor’s best cafés, restaurants, parks, and local businesses.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the CEO while helping shape the resident experience and public image of one of Windsor’s fastest-growing luxury real estate brands.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional leasing or property management role.

As Brand & Leasing Specialist, you will become the face of AGBABA. You will work directly with prospective residents, existing residents, contractors, vendors, and the CEO to ensure every interaction reflects the quality, professionalism, and customer experience our brand is known for.

This role combines leasing, resident relations, property management, marketing, branding, social media, and creative execution into one highly visible position.

For the right person, this role offers significant opportunity for growth and exposure to real estate development, luxury branding, marketing, business operations, and entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

Leasing & Resident Relations

• Conduct tours of available residences and developments
• Manage leasing activity across the AGBABA portfolio
• Respond to prospective resident inquiries
• Process applications and coordinate lease signings
• Organize resident move-ins and move-outs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents
• Respond to resident questions and concerns professionally and promptly
• Coordinate resident communications and notices
• Oversee day-to-day property management operations across the portfolio
• Help ensure an exceptional resident experience at every stage of the customer journey

Brand & Marketing

• Work directly with the CEO on brand strategy and execution
• Assist in managing and growing the AGBABA brand
• Create and coordinate marketing campaigns for new developments
• Assist with social media content creation and execution
• Coordinate photography, videography, and promotional initiatives
• Develop creative ideas to strengthen brand awareness
• Support advertising initiatives across digital and traditional platforms
• Maintain a consistent luxury brand experience across all customer touchpoints

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Creative mindset with an eye for branding, marketing, and design
• Experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, sales, marketing, branding, or property management is considered an asset
• Social media and content creation experience is considered an asset
• Access to a reliable vehicle

Compensation

Base Salary

• $55,000 per year + commission
