Rejoignez MNP en tant que Directeur de l'Équipe Fiscalité Interne à Montréal. Apportez votre expertise en fiscalité et leadership pour guider notre équipe vers le succès. Ce rôle de direction requiert une expérience démontrée en fiscalité et un titre de CPA. Vous serez responsable de concevoir des matériels de formation, maintenir des normes et procédures, et gérer les mises à jour des déclarations fiscales. Vous devrez également rester informé des changements législatifs et impliquer l’équipe à travers une formation continue. Key Responsibilities:

Élaborer des normes et procédures fiscales pour les clients
Gérer et mettre à jour les modèles de déclarations de revenus
Concevoir du matériel de formation pour l'équipe
Organiser des activités de développement professionnel
Réaliser des recherches sur les changements législatifs

Requirements:

Titre de CPA avec 4 à 5 ans d’expérience en fiscalité
Compétences en communication en français et en anglais
Expertise en conformité et planification fiscales
Leadership avéré et gestion interpersonnelle
Familiarité avec les entreprises à capital fermé
