Remote Analyste en Investissement

Partner One recherche un Analyste Due Diligence pour rejoindre son équipe. Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein et permanent. L’Analyste Due Diligence fera partie de l’équipe Fusions et Acquisitions et sera responsable du soutien aux activités liées à la due diligence et à l’exécution des acquisitions.
Responsabilités
- Effectuer une analyse globale des données commerciales et financières des cibles d’acquisition.
- Formuler et présenter l’évaluation de l’adéquation initiale des cibles d’acquisition.
- Réaliser des études de marché pour comprendre les tendances de l’industrie et identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’acquisition.
- Identifier les entreprises de logiciels répondant à nos critères/métriques d’acquisition et faire progresser les opportunités dans le cycle de transaction.
- Soutenir l’équipe M&A dans diverses tâches ad hoc liées à la conclusion des transactions en cours.
- Collaborer et coordonner avec les équipes transversales pour les demandes de données, le partage d’informations, les réunions de projet et l’exécution des transactions.
- Jusqu’à 2 ans d’expérience en Corporate Development et M&A , Investment Banking , Private Equity ou Transaction Advisory/Consulting est indispensable.
- Excellentes performances académiques démontrées dans une institution de premier plan.
- Diplôme en Finance, Comptabilité ou dans un domaine commercial connexe ; un suivi CPA ou CFA constitue un atout important.
- Maturité et aisance pour interagir avec des dirigeants de niveau C.
- Autonomie avec de solides compétences en communication et en vente.
- Solides compétences analytiques et Excel avec une grande attention aux détails.
