Banner: Bikini Village Purpose of the job The incumbent of this position will be working in collaboration with the Bikini Village purchasing team to provide them with daily support. Main Responsibilities

• Enter data for the department, compile results, and prepare various reports (supplier performance report, sales report by collection);
• Update various documents when a modification is made to a style;
• Ensure the logistics of price tags;
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments, and prepare all communications for the stores;
• Create, review, and send purchase orders to suppliers;
• Create POs for developed collections and complete any missing style information (price, French translation, etc.);
• Ensure orders comply with the specifications provided;
• Keep the receiving log up to date and communicate it to internal teams;
• Maintain the supplier list and database up to date;
• Perform administrative tasks for the purchasing department (memos, catalog filing, writing descriptions, follow-ups);
• Update collection tracking and make changes following modifications (quantity changes, delivery dates, style number changes, etc.);
• Participate in price reductions and price adjustments from stores or the distribution center;
• Carry out other related tasks assigned by the purchasing team;
• Ensure the organization and maintenance of the wardrobe and showroom;
• Make requests and follow up on samples with suppliers.

• Rigor and organization : Your structured approach allows you to effectively manage databases, reports and follow-ups.

Requirements

• From 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience;
• College or university degree in commerce, business administration or equivalent;
• Bilingualism, French/English, functional (The person will have to interact with suppliers outside of Canada);
• Excellent knowledge of the Windows environment;
• Meticulousness, analytical thinking and sense of initiative;
• Ability to manage multiple files at once.
