Job Description
Glendale Industries is looking for a hands-on Lead Hand to join their Mechanical Install team in Brandon, MB.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading by example, working with a skilled team, and keeping production on track. Join a long-standing local company that values its people and supports growth on the job.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead and support the Mechanical Install team in daily operations
- Ensure safety, quality, consistency, and adherence to production schedules
- Provide hands-on support and lead by example on the production floor
- Mentor and train team members to support skill development and team success
- Coordinate department activities to maintain efficient workflow and productivity
- Work under the direction of the Tank Production Manager
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Strong mechanical background required.
- Three years in a similar role would be an asset but is not required.
- Training or certificate in any mechanical trade would be an asset but is not required.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must also be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects.
